Very Cherry Cheesecake Smoothie

If you love cheesecake, this is the perfect smoothie for you - A guilt free treat or dessert, an awesome breakfast or even just a delicious snack.
150ml cups unsweetened coconut milk (add more if needed)
½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
¼ cup raw cashews (or 1 Tbspn cashew butter)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ lemon, juiced (plus a little zest as well)
Blend coconut milk, cashews/cashew butter, vanilla extract, Protein or Healthy Weight, lemon juice and zest until smooth. Add in cherries and pulse until cherries are roughly chopped up but not smooth. Poor into a glass and top with a few extra chopped cashews (or anything you like really).
