Vanilla Mint Smoothie

A delicious twist to your Vanilla Smoothie. Add in a tsp of Boost or any of our other Superfood powders to take your Smoothie to the next level!
1 cup peppermint tea (cooled)
1 banana (fresh banana)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup or tsp stevia (optional)
For an extra minty taste add 2 - 3 drops of pure peppermint extract
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
