A very sweet, delicious and chocolatey but guilt-free smoothie to enjoy for breakfast, lunch dinner or a snack at anytime!


150 - 200ml unsweetened almond milk

1 scoops Chocolate Protein Plus OR Healthy Weight

1 tspn Boost

1 tspn Healthy Heart

2 Tbspn almond butter

2 - 4 chopped Medjool dates (pitted)

1 frozen banana

Shot of espresso (more if you like)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbspn  cacao powder  (optional)

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Add all ingredients except the banana and chia seeds into a blender, and blend on high until well combined (usually around 30 seconds depending on your blender).  Add banana and chia seeds and blend on high again until smooth and creamy.  


Pour into a glass or mug of your choice and drink immediately before it gets too thick (unless you want to eat it with a spoon!)
