This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect information when you visit this site or deal with us and what we do with your personal information.


At Optimal Essentials Pty Ltd, we understand the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

If you submit information to Optimal Essentials Pty Ltd by registering as a member, purchasing one of our products or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for our goods and/or services.


Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone and fax number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for our goods and/or services.


We shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of Optimal Essentials Pty Ltd.

You do not have to provide us with the information requested, however, we will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.


As a small business, Optimal Essentials Pty Ltd relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about our great products. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions we do send occasional emails. However, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) we shall only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional information.

Shipping Info


Optimal Essentials offer FREE postage to all areas in Australia.  We use Australia Post as well as TNT to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.


When we send out your order with Australia Post, you will receive an email notification from e-parcel with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code you are given. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, email us at admin@optimalessentials.com.


Orders within South Australia should be received within 24-48 hours and National/Regional areas between 2-5 days. Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If orders are made after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend your parcel will be dispatched on Monday.


Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.



International Shipping


We use  Australia Post for our International shipping.   Please allow 7-21 working days to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number.  Orders placed on Weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.


Exchanges or Returns

Can I return or exchange product purchased on the Optimal Essentials Online Store?  If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, so let us make this right for you.


We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee so if you and your Optimal Essentials product aren’t a match simply email us: admin@optimalessentilas.com and tell us what went wrong.
