This recipe only takes a couple of minutes to make and is a great winter night cap that will help you sleep and help your heart plus help lower your cholesterol & blood pressure!


Boiling water (from kettle)

1 tspn Sleep & Revive

1 tspn Healthy Heart (or pure Cacao Powder)

Pinch cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle on top (or add cinnamon quills)

Put the Sleep & Revive & Healthy Heart powder into a mug, add a little boiling water from the kettle and stir to disolve. Fill mug with boiling water, stir well and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and/or add a cinnamon quill.


For a frothy cup, if you have a coffee machine frother, make as above and froth as you would milk for coffee. Pour into a mug and top with cinnamon or nutmeg.
