Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

A delicious and healthy smoothie, high in protein, rich in vitamins and minerals and loaded with healthy fats and fibre.

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin (puréed)
½ cup coconut milk

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Plus or Healthy Weight (optional for added protein)

1 tspn chia seeds

1 tspn pumpkin seeds (plus a few extra for topping)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
Pinch nutmeg

Blend all the ingredients together until a desired consistancy.  Pour into a glass, sprinke a few pumpkin seeds on top and drink at room temperature on cold days or chilled on hot days.
