Plum Protein Smoothie

An awesome, healthy smoothie with delicious Plums. Loaded with fibre, high in protein and rich in vitamins and minerals.
150ml water or milk/liquid of your choice
2 plums (fresh or frozen)
1 tspn Boost
1/2 Mango or 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Extra liquid if needed
Blend all the ingredients together until a desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
