Pear and Mandarin Smoothie

A delicious smoothie high in fibre and protein with a citrus twist.
100ml Coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 small pear
Small handful of berries of your choice
Juice from 1/2 lemon
fresh mint leaves
For a extra thick smoothie use less milk and more yoghurt.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Drink and enjoy!
