Papaya Power Smoothie
A seriously delicious and healthy smoothie to power you through the day. High in protein, rich in vitamins and minerals and loaded with healthy fats and fibre.
1 cup milk/liquid of your choice
1 cup Paw Paw/Papaya
1 tspn Boost
2 Tbsp walnuts & almonds (roughly chopped)
Extra liquid if needed
You may also like
Blend all the ingredients together until a desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
