Overnight Apple Cinnamon Quinoa
Need breakfast in a hurry? Try this awesome Overnight Apple Cinnamon Quinoa recipe. Quick and easy to prepare so all you need to do in the morning when you're in a rush is grab and go! It's full of flavour and goodness to keep you healthy and feeling satisfied until lunch!
150ml Unsweetened Almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
3/4 cup cooked Quinoa
1/2 apple, chopped
1 scoop Protein Plus Vanilla
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional (if you like it sweet) Maple syrup or honey or stevia - to your taste

P lace ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until fully combined. Pour into a mug, mason jar or bowl and cover. Place in the fridge for a minimum of a couple of hours but preferably leave overnight to really set. In the morning warm in microwave (or leave cold), and add desired toppings (see below).
