Coconut Turmeric Latte
A delicious, healthy blend of spices, coconut milk and Sleep & Revive. Great as a warm drink before bed to help you sleep.
You may also like
1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
3/4 tspn turmeric
1/4 tspn cinnamon
1 tspn Sleep & Revive
Drizzle maple syrup or honey (optional)
Heat milk & spices in a saucepan and whisk bringing to boil. Add Sleep & Revive and maple syrup/ honey if using and whisk again to mix. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
