Choc Fudge Brownies

It might sound like something you shouldn't eat but this Choc Fudge Brownie is a little different. It's a delicious, but healthy 'Choc Fudge Brownie'. Try it, you'll love it!


2 cups medjool dates – seedless)

½ cup walnuts

½ cup pecans

1 tbsn raw honey

1 tspn pure vanilla essence

2 tbspn cacao powder

2 tbspn shredded organic coconut

(plus a little extra for topping)

Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.


Place 1 cup dates, 1/3 cup pecans, 1/3 cup walnuts, vanilla essence, honey and cacao into a blender and process until combined. Add remaining dates, coconut and nuts. Process until combined. Pour into baking tray.


Using your fingers or the back of a spoon, press down firmly. Sprinkle remainder of coconut on top and place in the fridge to harden (best left overnight)


Cut into approx 12 slices and enjoy.
