Choc Almond Protein Smoothie

This is a super smoothie - high in protein, healthy fats and loaded with antioxidants. Add a teaspoon of healthy heart and you will also help control your cholesterol and lower your blood pressure. Awesome! 

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 scoop Cacao/Chocolate Protein Plus

2 tspn pure cacao powder

2 Tbsp almond butter
1 tspn pure vanilla extract

1 tspn chia seeds

1 tspn Healthy Heart* (optional)

1/4 tspn cinnamon (plus extra for topping)

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
