Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

An oh so quick and simple recipe, but super healthy, delicious and satisfying. It's the perfect breakfast or snack when you’re in a rush but still need something substantial.
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 ripe banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)
50ml coconut or almond milk (plus more as needed)
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Plus
1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (desicated)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower & Almond Mix)
Optional: Sprinkle of Muesli/Granola or nutmeg/cinnamon sprinkle or nuts and seeds of your choice.
Add berries and banana to a blender and blend until rough. Add coconut or almond milk and protein powder, blend on low, scraping down sides if needed, until the mixture reaches a soft creamy consistency.
Scoop into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings. Best eaten fresh, but any leftovers will keep in the freezer for a week.
