Berry and Banana Smoothie Bowl
You may also like
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 cups blueberries
1 banana (or piece of fruit of your choice)
1 1/2 cup oats, (best soaked overnight)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
maple syrup or raw honey, to taste (optional)
Toppings: flaked almonds, chia seeds, toasted coconut, chopped pistachios, etc.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to your desired consistancy. Pour into a bowl, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
