The main ingredient is Bread make sure you buy a very high quality bread. Read the label! You want 100% wholegrain, with added seeds is better, nice and dark and rich BUT look out for any caramel colouring.

Tasty Toasty 1 - Avo & Seeds
Bread of your choice
1 Avocado, mashed
1 tspn chia seeds
2 tspn sunflower seeds
2 tspns pepitas
Splash lemon juice from fresh lemon
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch rock salk
Fresh ground black pepper
Extra Virgin Olive oil to drizzle
What to do:
Tasty toasty 1 - Avo & Seeds
Lightly toast the bread. While toasting, mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with 1 tspn chia seeds, 2 tspn each sunflower and pepitas, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, rock salt.
When bread is toasted to your liking, spread avocado mixutre on top, drizzle with Olive Oil and a sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper. Top with a few extra seeds if required.
Tasty toasty 2 - Veg & Avo
Lightly toast bread and add layer of mashed avocado, then another layer of cucumber, radish slices, grated carrot and black olives . Drizzle with 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil and a fresh grind of black pepper.
Tasty toasty 3 - Eggy Protein Boost
In a bowl, mash avocado with goats feta, set aside. Lighly toast bread. While toast, heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and fry egg. Once toast is ready spread avocado and goats feta and add egg on top. Add a pinch of rock salt and fresh ground black pepper to your liking and a drizzle of lemon juice.
