Glucosamine Hydrochloride is an important building block of joint cartilage. Derived from the shells of shrimp, lobster, crab and other shellfish, glucosamine increases joint mobility and can help slow or prevent the deterioration of joint cartilage. May also fight inflammation, encourage new cartilage to be built, and inhibit the production of enzymes that destroy cartilage.
