Chondroitin
Chondroitin Sulphate: part of a large protein molecule called protecglycan, which helps give cartilage elasticity. Chondroitin is purported to promote healthy joints by warding off the effects of damaging enzymes and is believed to help draw fluid into the cartilage, making it spongy and flexible. Research has shown that chondroitin can reduce osteoarthritis pain as well as arthritis.
