Broccoli Juice
A cruciferous vegetable rich in antioxidants which help protect against both cancer and heart disease. Broccoli is one of the most nutrient-dense foods. It's an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, folic acid, and fibre. It's also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and the vitamins B6 and E.
